The Pearson Professional Programs Team
Business leaders are conscious of the critical importance of growth for their business, yet struggle to maintain it over time.
In this unique program, participants learn to appreciate the challenges while acquiring the latest techniques to accelerate and sustain growth. During the intensive 3-day session, each participant creates an action plan for driving growth in their organization, to be reviewed and discussed after 6 weeks.
The program is designed to provide you with an understanding of essential elements of growth strategy, at the end of which you'll be able to give strategic direction as your business grows.
Note: Participants from rapidly growing SMEs and startups acquire the tools that they need to thrive and sustain their growth, while those from larger organizations emerge with specific strategies and techniques to jump-start and accelerate the growth trajectory.
