Course Description

Business leaders are conscious of the critical importance of growth for their business, yet struggle to maintain it over time.

In this unique program, participants learn to appreciate the challenges while acquiring the latest techniques to accelerate and sustain growth. During the intensive 3-day session, each participant creates an action plan for driving growth in their organization, to be reviewed and discussed after 6 weeks.

The program is designed to provide you with an understanding of essential elements of growth strategy, at the end of which you'll be able to give strategic direction as your business grows.

Rupert Merson

Working with a broad range of clients, Rupert Merson is an experienced consultant and a leading authority on the management of growth, particularly in owner-managed, entrepreneurial businesses. As a teacher and educator, Rupert has taught at the India School of Business in India, as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the London Business School as well as a Visiting Adjunct Professor at INSEAD where he teaches courses on entrepreneurship and on the management of growth. He received the Best Teacher Award at LBS and the Best Elective Award at INSEAD. As a first class honors graduate and university prize-winner from Oxford University, Rupert also holds a certificate in general management from Harvard Business School, and has published two books on growth for the The Economistin 2011 and 2016.
