The NUS Emerging Leaders Program is a strong blend of learning, application and practice. While the acclaimed and expert faculty from NUS Singapore teach learners the key concepts and help them apply those in class with the help of tools including case studies, simulations etc. - the learners are enabled to practice the application further by completing several projects.

The learners complete 5 projects in the program and are supported by a carefully selected highly experienced, senior, hands-on mentor who provides direction, support and active feedback to help refine the output of the projects.

The 5 projects are aligned to course topics and are in the areas of: market and industry overview, business strategy, financial strategy, supply chain management, and innovation. As a flavor, the learners apply several concepts in the projects such as Porter's 5 forces, ROI, debt-equity ratio, assess adequacy & vulnerability of supply chains, evaluate an organizations innovation capability and many more.
